Citizens or Councel of The Village of South Park

As it was explained to me... Some of the people of South Park raided a city that is allied with an undisclosed other city. Retaliation was taken, and then the posts about it being dead went up. South Park was in fact not dead, and when a troupe went in to destroy their marker, and take their mine, they were beat back, and another town was raided in retaliation, to which the counter strike occurred while I happen to have been removing stumps... it's all rather convoluted. Suffice to say, the beautification project is on hold until it is clear that all hostilities have ceased. The waiting at least gives me more time to plan it... I'm thinking a nice paved river-walk, maybe some chairs, benches would be awesome... a few fruit trees, maybe some vendor tables... *continues rambling for another fourty-five minutes*
