Would be also good to have like kingdom tabards or colors on armor. So everyone shall be recognizable :)

yeah, how about a kingdom can only claim a certain amnt of land, like 1/2 supergrid, and can expand tiself by conquering other kingdoms

No, putting caps on stuff is a stupid way to fix flawed mechanics. Just make authority drain scale like travel weariness does. The greater the distnace/amount of land, the greater the drain.

An empire would've worked out n world 2 cuz of more griefers. But Now, wouldnt work out lol .
