Is this suggesting that if a Russian is not a farmer/miner/hunter/trader, then they are bad or not humble?

Come on people listen to what the Russians are hearing from you all. In a translator I would think it might sound bad, as though you want Russians to be mere humble servants and kept in their place as inferior and that the only people that are grief-ed or hurt are American's/English speaking people.

Diplomacy just like Sodom wants is what is needed

actually we established some contacts with russian eremits, villages and citiies with our diplomacy thread. we also established some new trading connections and generally it lead to a better understanding between the russian society and Sodom.
