Yeah, I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding you, or you misunderstanding the pic.

I'm the guy with the dragon helm, also the same guy that dropped the rune there with the message to the dead guy, just to the right of me, who was executed for stealing from a peaceful claim in the central grid. In order for me to have summoned him at his HF, which is on his claim, and melee execute him, it required me to trespass.

I thought it was pretty obvious though.
