true dat. and a guy, who likes to go in deep into game mechanics. i may like or dislike his gameplay, it doesn´t matter, because this is a sandbox, everyone can play the style he likes. at least he adds colour, drama and raeg into the game, what more can you cal for ;)

and apart from that, it is always fun to have some little talk outside of the game, because what i especially hold in favor is that he was always able to keep game and out of game seperated. i especially remember some cool chat we had, while ingame they koéd me and then his bunch raided our village and created havoc.

Sigh, I couldn't care less about killville or this whole raid, but one thing strikes me. Why are you Sodomites still playing? This is a serious question, what keeps you interested in this game? You've shown that you've macroed and played so much that you are underestable, what more is there? I'm just waiting for you guys to get board and destroy the entire map.

First of all it is not like we are one big town of macroers. I for instance haven't macroed at all this map. What keeps us playing is a great community full of dedicated players. The fact that we haven't nearly reached what is possible quality wise is also a point. It is fun to put all your effort as a group towards being the best. But above all I really guess it is the socializing, even when I don't play I like hanging out in the chat with the other guys.
Oh also: Politics and drama, at least for me ^^

this won´t likely happen, since the ql of the necklaces is determined by pearl ql.

burgingham pointed out a few things, that keeps me on also. raising ql, socialising, hanging around with a bunch of people i like to play, chat and trashtalk with. then realizing some ideas, not wholly done yet.

and of course waiting for the golden throne to get implemented, so i can sit and wait for the endless stream of worshippers from my empire ( also not yet implemented)

Yeah I mean the question is kinda stupid, because you yourself (thirdemperor ofc) do play this game. Why? Why is anyone still playing this? Why?

The question is simply telling about how he perceives the game.

To some it is a number of content consumables. Once you have all the gear, all the skills, have killed all the animals etc, that's it. You've won the game, no need to play further.

To others it's more about an on-going environment to exist and interact within. New content is nice in that it gives us toys to play with, but on the whole the world is a sand box that we make castles in, then kick them over and make different (better) sand castles.
