The trading city should be beautiful , that I have seen it ruins . Well and moving on crossroads should occupy the same time that there passes the player on foot from point and in point or add some time bonus if you use wagon.

Well, while you are right that it should be, we simply do not have the time to keep a public place in shape. Furthermore many plots in Nople were given away to embassies of other towns, if those didn't take care of their plots, there ain't much we can do about it.
