Free village. No strings attached. Pre built with many walls on a grassland and river. It's in the holy roman empire so you will be able to easily trade for whatever you need. The owner will get a set of keys. I advise you as with any used property to build new gates right after taking ownership. We can assist with building a village totem to replace the old one.

Why was it abandoned?
It was a holy roman empire city whose lawspeaker became too inactive for the job. He was replaced and the new lawspeaker decided to redo the village in another location because the design didn't suit thier needs.

Do I have to join the holy roman empire?
No. You may apply for membership but we don't force it on anyone. So long as none of your villagers commit criminal acts in the area you will be left alone.

What are the requirements?
Have at least 2 village members and a lawspeaker.
