Unprovoked vandalism in B2

Postby FunnyMan » Fri Aug 13, 2010 5:04 pm

I went to log in a bit ago and was puzzled to discover that it offered to let me start "somewhere in the wilderness". When I checked, I found that most of the contents of my house (supergrid B2) had been stolen or destroyed (mostly destroyed, from the scents), including my hearthfire. A few things were also missing outside.

Total casualties:
5 cupboards
4 coffers
3 straw baskets
1 crate (edit: no idea why I wrote "chest" the first time)
3 drying racks

... and everything in/on them, of course.

Oh, and they strangled all of my chickens, just to be that much more annoying.

Granted, none of my stuff was great (no metal, nothing above q60 or so), but that's still almost everything I owned gone, for no reason! I can only assume that they left my farm because it was too much work to sabotage.

There's plenty of scents lying around, but I don't have Rage, let alone Murder, so I can't do anything about it myself. And the scents appear to point to at least three hearthfires in slightly different directions from where I am.

What meager stuff I had is gone, aside from farm produce, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

Chickens: Easily replaced
Drying Racks: EASILY replaced
Crate: ^
Other Containers: Can be replaced
Items held in said containers: You said it yourself, nothing too good.
Avoiding Theft: Build a Palisade (Not difficult at all)
Question: Having this been said, what was the objective of this whole topic?

Apart from attention and hopes of being cuddled... nothing.
