As anyone near the Blackthorn tin mine may or may not know, the city of blackthorn has always enforced the mine being public and have been kind neighbors allowing even newbies free access to this metal. Given their history and even without their influence, we would like to maintain this tradition and keep the tin mine open. As it stands, the mine has a long history of people raiding it to claim it -- this is fine, but we of the BunnySlipper Clan will fight you to keep the mine public. You do not need this resource solely to yourself and we will prove this with our strength.

That being said, we apologize to anyone kept outside of the mine during our "occupation of it". We made several attempts to break the mine open when it was first taken but somehow, someone from the inside kept getting access to our battering rams, destroying them, and erecting new walls. As frustrating as this is, we apologize we could not tear the walls down sooner and apologize for our lack of diligence.

This is a declaration of our pledge to open the mine once more to all, no matter the cost.

Indeed, we led a raid against it when it was sealed off to open it up and we were sealed in. We stupidly did not destroy the hearthfires within the mine hidden by the walls and our rams were destroyed time after time. After the third ram was broken, we were a tad demoralized and then I went without internet for a week so I was incapable of leading a fourth assault against the wall. Like I said, we apologize greatly for our occupation of the mine, our intent was always just to open it back up to the public.

Edit: You also probably won't believe this but the hole from the signpost to the mine wasn't made by us. We woke up one day and it was there; we couldn't understand why our crossroad sign was still there and didn't know how they punched the wall through. You are standing next to the door we have a key to though and I will be happy to give it to you. We do not have access to any of the other doors sadly and my key is mostly useless as it is off to the side.

Edit Edit: Wait you're still active? We all thought Blackthorn had died since your village is almost entirely decayed and you have no Authority on your village claim =o

We tried to keep that mine public few month... all that time somebody destroyed our crossroad there... village claim...
This was an experiment to test a posibility to launch a network of public mines around lands... it failed. We planned to make public everything including silver.
Sorry but we take this mine back... say thanks to that people who captured it.
