Its still 1 Tile = 1 Pixie, just wat type of tile it is , be it paved or grass or something else. as long u know where each pixie is relative to the others you can paint a beautiful picture.
ADD: He/she spaced the tiles apart for the spaded part , while the lighter parts are more paved. This is cause the desert and the pave intercet to make the pavement seem darker , same as how having white squares spaces out on a black paper makes it look grey.
Its hard to explain, its like those "shades" between lines if u look up close at a picture in photshop or any photo edition program. But I know what you are trying to say.
