Where is Praven/Bravehearths

Hi im going to head to Praven from Roadville can anyone tell me where its exacly is? Im using this map to navigate http://forecast.student.utwente.nl/HnH/World-map.png

I have one more question. Does party-leading-arrow works?

No, the arrows don't work. However you can click on the portrait of the person you wish to travel to, and your avatar will walk in his direction.
