Party Formation?

I am a semi-new player, and I don't know a lot about the game.
I was wondering if someone maybe would be interested in getting together and making a village or a specific place to build houses and everything else.
Maybe helping me around and teaching me things.

Well i'm kinda not in the village anymore (most people left it) so i'm staying in 'nople for the time being.
