I'm trying to find my location...any help?

So, In trying to learn out where I am in the world with reference to the bigger cities such as sodom and stuff, I've been searching around.
I've found a village "Hyogo"

Is anyone familiar with Hyogo? I'm not from that settlement myself you see. but a smaller settlement a little way from it. but to simply find Hyogo's position on the map would allow me to trace back to my little settlement.


So... does anyone know of Hyogo?
