Stolen Keys

Postby dcastello79 » Thu Mar 04, 2010 11:20 pm

Someone recently stole all four of my palisade keys in a settlement (Campo de Castille), which contained a timber house and a log cabin. I do not care about the rest of the stuff that was stolen, I only care about the keys (the rest can be replaced). If you took them from me, I would like to ask for them back because they are useless to you, but invaluable to me. I don't care what ever else you took, keep it this time. However, I would really just like those keys back and I won't ask for anything else, or bother you.

there is a small village up above the useless swamp where a char named Noob had joined and stole their keys then came south and took ours. we have a ranger. who then tracked Noob and found his hearthfire (but not him--he was logged off) and pleaded for the force calling to find out where our gate key was. dont know what present Longshot left but the villagers were finishing their pallisade and we have a new gate and it was probably the same jackass who got your key.

Well, if you find anything out about your keys, please let me know. Thank you for this information. I was surprised that the thief didnt take my drying seeds or food...only a fishing equipment and my keys...

You won't see those keys again. By stealing your keys, the thief has now made it so the only thing you can do is not finish your wall, or build a new gate. Either way, he's going to have unrestricted access to your camp at any time. He'll probably come back later to steal again once you have more valuable things.

We live kinda near you, or so I'm told, and it doesn't look like it was any of us who took 'em, at least. I'll go raid everyone's shit at some point and check though.

what we did was build another wall and then put a gate on that. so we are kinda double gated. now we have three fools' hearthfires outside this gate. which makes it a bitch to get the carts in and out. this is all right. our ranger has the ability to bust thru palisades. we are going to make a new gate. and they can set there and rot.
