Logging out in combat only gets u killed

Stop thinking u can avoid PVP by logging out while engaged. It only enrages the person attacking you further.
Two people had a chance to speak tonight, to explain leaving scents where they shouldn't have. They chose to logout.
Bad choice.

Lots of complaining about death etc lately, if you did nothing wrong, then I agree, it's fucked up for someone to just come along and kill your toon. But if you go mucking about someone else's property, tresspassing, theft, vanadalism and more, don't cry if your toon ends up lying in a pile of bones.

For the newer players ^^

it only works vs animals, and then only sometimes ( animals dont attaks you when you have zzzz or are simply down)

Not true. Animals will continue to hit you when being logged out, until they koed you.

between brackets:

when you are zzzz (away from keyboard) this is from my experience, and i dont think you can do it while fighting

or are simply down
= do i have to write ko for you to understand that down doesnt mean a mood, but the fact that you got knocked on the floor (knocked down, like in black hawk down, they didnt mean depressed) seeing stars?

as opposite of players who can and will continue hitting you
anything constructive to add?

Stop assuming I don't get what you say, when you are the one being stupid here. When you log out you will go afk (zzzZZZ in your language). Animals will continue hitting you, when you were already in combat with them before.

I never objected to your thesis that animals stop hitting you when you are ko'ed, just corrected the rest of your statement.

your character only vanishes on logout when he loses aggro. afk doesnt make a diffference

Have we tested whether bears auto aggro afk characters? That isn't really what you're talking about but could be vaguely relevant useful information
