Hobocamp is what I believe to be the old mine of New Brodgar. It's either copper or tin, and if I remember correctly, New Brodgar shared either one or both of the mines wth another village. I'm not exactly sure about who used to own the claim (or still does) though. I think they tried to make the mine unaccessable by people who they didn't want in.
Maybe you should PM Allu for this.
