Land of the Rising Sun

Anyone know who is at the "Land of the Rising Sun"? They seem to be my nearest neighbours, though I've never seen anyone there. It's a small village that I can't get into with a boathouse to the south.

I'm just interested in working out who's nearby and whether they're likely to trade, stay silent or murder me I guess.

Leave a runestone with some greetings and request to contact you somehow (ICQ, Skype name for example) - near their village gate, or a boathouse, or some other important popular place people usually visit every day.

Check that place from time to time, to see if they leave an answer on another runestone too.
