Hello, due to something comming up, I will be taking over this post until Lothaudus returns.

The purpose of this list is to provide contacts so that towns can contact each other over issues that may arise. Be that for trading, sorting out diplomatic issues or whatever. Spurred by Bottleneck raiding the GOONS (again) and not knowing who they should contact to sort out some raiding issues and other shenanigans.
