Village of Heathlund-I would like to contact them

I was exploring out from my settlement and found a village called Heathlund and I want to know if anyone has a character there.

I have also come across the Village of Heathlund while exploring the rivers near my village, I haven't seen anyone at Heathlund whenever I'm their and the palisades are in pretty bad shape, especially since their main gate has a lot of decay, which could mean it's abandoned. Then again, nothing inside but the previously plowed fields have decayed so it could still be active, which I'm hoping it is because of the potential trade opportunity between Heathlund and my village. So I would also be interested in contacting Heathlund if people still reside there.
