i dont know if cellar cheddar is worth much but i bet that mbc would sell fairly high

At least turn the cellar cheddar into Brodgar Blue Cheese, then people might want to buy it. Also let people know the quality of the cheese.

I don´t mean to be a smartass, but I am sorry to inform you that you cannot say "BBC".
"BBC" is the acronym for a british broadcasting company, hence the name.

Thus I find it more appropriate ro say "BB", just as Zebnon correctly has done.
