q100 isn't actually all that high when it comes to jewelry, because of how they quality for them is calculated. If you can find somebody who sells forges, and most don't, you probably wouldn't have to pay a whole lot for it. Many offer services of making jewelry for a fee, and would probably make much better than that. Might look into that rather than buying directly.

Because people tend not to sell them I am sure you could get at least a small chest of cave bulbs for it. If nothing else, it's worth at least the base value of a silver nugget. It also depends on your experiance level for what it's worth to an individual. A new player with fewer trade contacts would be more willing to shell out a higher sum than an experienced player who knows the right people to go to.

q100 is indeed not that great as far as jewelry is concerned. There is however a reason why people do not sell forge rings - the buff that you get from it is very decent and can make a significant impact to your related finished goods.

If you are the owner and wish to sell it, it is actually worth quite a bit.
