Right now we have a tin and copper mine that are currently uninhabited - everything you need to make bronze. Bronze sword, bronze plate, bars of bronze to make all of those metal tools that make life so much easier.
The tin mine has a nice village built up, with a modular layout. Palisade walls already built along with a few finished mansions. Plenty of space for farmland, and every crop is present. Some things may need repairs here and there but most everything is in place to get you up and running right away.
The copper mine is on a mountain very close by to the village. It has a palisade and a village idol, with crossroad travel set up from the tin mine.
These mines are in a rather secluded area, far from waterways, and the properties have never been attacked. There are some fairly decent resource points nearby as well.
So who are we looking for?
You will be a fully autonomous village, free to run things there as you see fit.
Because of this I ask that NO SOLO PLAYERS need apply. It is a good piece of land, with lots of potential to develop further and become wealthy and powerful. A group of 3-4 people, or more, would be ideal to run this property.
Also please note that access to the copper mine on the mountain will be shared between our villages. We may ask for help occasionally - a chest of ore here and there, or help with other simple things, but it will by no means be anything difficult or extremely time consuming.
Also many opportunities for trade between our villages if you have an interest
Finally, and this is the most important stipulation - we are looking for people who are willing to LIVE ON THIS PROPERTY - not someone who is going to just mine the ore and ship it away.
