Same for me, but much more quantity needed. Right now paying with 31q iron and quality is slowly raising. If you are not far from Naerymdan`s map - you are not far from me.

You do realize that 10 bars of precious metal can make 100 rings? And that they'd cost you at least 100 steel?

My friends, (who managed to find goldmine), told me that one gold nugget is taken 4-5 smelters of golden ore. So if you count in cast iron that will be 20-25 bars of cast iron, or 5-6 bars of Wrought iron, so easily can be traded for at least 2 steel bars per nugget.

I'm belive that will be fair price for exchange.

I may be mistaken on how gold works....( because I dont have a gold mine) but i bar = 10 nuggets or is it different for gold than it is for other metals ? I also get the feeling your friend is probably full nature :/ anyway if he is interested in a trade have him ( the mine owner) send me a pm I have tons of cast wrought and several steel bars

Gold ore has just 1 in 20 chance of turning into nugget at full industry. So, on average you need 8 smelters worth of ore to make a single bar. Iron, on the other hand, you get 5-6 bars out of every smelter.

Does 1 bar make 10 nuggets like other metals or is 1 bar = 1 nugget ?

10 nuggets to a bar, like everything else. But like I said, precious metal ores turn into single nuggets (1 in 40 chance for gold, 1 in 30 for silver at neutral industry), rather than bars like common metals do.

1 bar = 10 nuggets for all metals.

Its 0.8 gold nuggets and 1.5 silvernuggets per smelter load at full industry. I have a big sample size, so unless you are loftar or jorb dont even try to argue with me.
