Quantity 10 means 10 deciliters an hour. 24 hours would be 240 deciliters, or 24 liters of milk per day.

Except it's 10 deciliter every 5 ingame hours.

Yeah. I got it last night, but didn't have any metal at the time. Had to put a mansion up though so I did a cart+boat load into the iron mine, and pulled out about 40 bars (It took closer to three hours though between the cave walk, and the time to actually mine the ore, then smelt it all)

Can trade whenever you like. Although I'll be gone for the next 10 hours or so.
