How much does leather go for?

Hello. I have recently started hunting different animals and I have obtained rather big amounts of leather and I am
wondering if leather has any price in this game? Since Palisade is pretty much obsolete now.

I have about 2 chests full I believe(Normal size) and I am acquiring more everyday so I am wondering, does anyone wanna trade?

Before anyone asks, I am able to get to Nople.

I dont need tools. What sort of metal? I would mostly need Wall-grade wrought iron if you have any in stock, I am also interested in silk.

Uhm... I havnt played for months, so I dont know.

you'll need probably 25-40 wroughts to make a full wall, and don't forget you need 5 steel as well for a gate.

from sodom's trade thread:
36 leather - 1 wall wrought
60 leather - 1 steel

so to make a full wall via trading leather, you are looking at a minimum of a mind boggling 1200 pieces of leather!!! and that's assuming that sodom or whoever you trade with would buy that much leather, which is doubtful.

leather has some value, but not much. you're better off picking cavebulbs, making pepper, cheese, or finding pearls. or make 1200 leather if you prefer, these are just my suggestions

also forgot about linen cloth. according to sodom it trades the same rate as leather (seems about right to me), is easier to make and i guarantee you'll have an easier time selling that
