Connection Refused?

It`s saying "Connection refused: connect" every time I attempt to log in. Is anyone else having this issue?

Umm, I didn't get a run.bat file. I tried a few times to download it, but it keeps coming up with the following error; Error: Subscript used with non-Array variable.

I've got the run.bat file with the correct stuff (32 Bit Java for my 64 Bit Operating System, Java 7) and the issue still occurs.

In that case it's not the system. You must be screwing up somewhere here. For the thing in the run.bat, put the direct path to your javaw, don't just copy-paste what it is in that thread, as it's unique to each computer.

My java is at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe", so that can't be the problem.
