We need warrior stat'ers. to live and upkeep in our decoy camp.
with access to all normal village things as well.

melee 50+
strength base 30+
stealth 50+
trespassing*
vandalism*
rage*

I would definately gather this is minimum to even bother to apply. There are many things to do to earn the lp as we all know.
Before long they would have the required stats to be a good warrior and while doing so get to know their new home in TOH.

With q1561 thanes (+250 melee), sure. And how can you know they don't have those?

im not going to require any new villager to have awesome stats. of course that is a bare minimum.
the village is far to large for our members to upkeep now.
older requirements were craft skill required, but were since no longer needed.
so yeah, anyone beginning an ass-kicking account is acceptable.

and no one can be extorted, because that wasn't an option i gave them.
they joined the expansion or were destroyed. there are either happy voices or none at all.

and just because sarge is so interested.
valhalla is now gone. new territory of empire.
its villagers are split between having joined us, and rage-quit
