How about just teleporting someone standing on someone elses hearth fire back to their personal hearth-fire instead? That'll learn 'em. ;)

No reason to do it, it's needlessly complicated at that point.

Milestones: yes, they need a fix (when traveling with cart and boat).

HearthFires are OK as-is.
You can destroy them with a pickaxe (and criminal acts of vandalism) quickly and without any problems.

the milestones have been suggested like several dozen times dude, at least make a token attempt of using Search
