Never ran a bot (other than a starving one) in my life
Thought I have lived with and been supported by people who use bots so...

Closest I've been to botting was a guy running a mussel-harvest bot on my q70 fish lake dividing the pearls 50/50 between each other.
Other than that, never used a bot, nor did anyone near me.

Botting takes out all the fun of the game, though I understand some of them, like the starving bot.
Hope you have a great day

As fun is a relative thing, that statement can only be true for those that use it. ;)

Writing bots is more fun then using them, also useful outside the game overall. To me its more like modding the game to. This game haven't been updated for 4 years+ and even then there is literally nothing structured in the actual end-game. The whole game centers around hermit life overall. If anyone spends 4 weeks they can finish the intended gaming content. The whole concept of sandbox and you make your own fun only goes so far. Thats why botting is so prevalent in haven as you can add your own content on top, sorta like modded MineCraft and similar, at least thats what it is for me.

Like many other games, modding only flavors and improves the game. Simultaneously bunch of purist fags that constantly nagging in all there respective community's as well on how staying vanilla is the preferred way to play.

But yet still. I have talked with friends for a while on about making detailed videos on bots and how they function. Would be nice to give an insight in industry life and how far bots really do take things. Some of them really are fun to watch, other bots are just bring pure carnage. It excites me more then anything when running or making them so would bring great enjoyment showing them. I just dono how to present it in a way that would be interesting to watch. Some say its fun to watch them work. Others just want to understand there function. Maybe a breaf history and storytelling behind there function and development would be interesting to go along with it.

Just a sneekpeek of what to come.

Haha I read this allegorically. Say yes to drugs kids!
The low life has lost its appeal
And I'm tired of walking these streets
To a room with its cupboards bare
