I always found it kind of strange and offputting how the majority of the forums moderation is also a strong entity in the game with clear allies and enemies. Threatening to ban the guy for trolling? Seriously? Have you seen how the entitled Sodomites crew jumps and shits all over various other newbies threads?

I agree the dude is being butthurt and ridiculous, but threatening to abuse your moderator powers because someone is making fun of your ingame village seems rather improper.

I call bullshit on this example. No matter how well trained or well equipped someone is, there is ALWAYS the chance that they will be injured or killed. There is no such thing as an ass-kicking in these situations. Both parties took losses, whether it be many or few on each side, even just one good fighter gone is a huge loss. This applies to most any situation that you can "relate" to this.

As far as I know, it probably didn't matter if the guys had 300, 600, or 1000 MM. Even after 300, the rate your aim is going up doesn't really matter any more in a larger-scale battle such as this. You get hit just once, and it could mean your life.

a group of supposedly highly trained elite titans of the server converge upon a smaller groups that apparently is not part of a major faction and outnumber them, if the losses are anything other than a steamroll on behalf of the larger better equipped force it is a failure.

just like in the real world when 20 swat team guys in level 5 body armor and 3 pounds of bullshit on the end of their weapons storms a suspected meth lab run by a small number of bikers, if a gunfight ensues and the swat team takes equal causalties as the untrained, outnumbers and underequipped meth heads then that was a shitty swat team.

From what I understand (wasn't there at the time), they swarmed out with more guys than we had there, so...

The first encounter we killed 2 of their characters, one was 10mil+ LP and they didn't kill a single one, yet they had greater numbers.

He makes it very hard to "get into" a thread. all of his posts are idiotic ravings about things he knows very little about disguised as trolling. note that the people being attacked by Sodom in this case, Darwoth refers to them basically as dazed out defenseless crack heads up against a heavily armed and armored swat team, despite the fact that it has been made quite clear that the defenders in this event were just as well armored and armed. no one lost, it was a draw between two equally strong forces. next time, Im betting Sodom will bring more archers, then it really will be a killing field, but as for Darwoth and his trolling, it would be best if he thought over his metaphors before using them. just, check em over to see if they actually apply.

He's not high statted at all. His so-called feasting table that yielded him '100 points a day' was some bullshit like 80% hunger mod and 20% FEP bonus...

Anyway, I agree, this was a pretty exciting event.

also never said 100 points a day everyday, said i stole enough food from some city to achieve 100ish in the relevant stats in around a day and a half, which is accurate. perhaps the notion of setting a g15 keyboard macro to dig and drink water then coming back to feast every 20 minutes is beyond your grasp but, well the world needs dumbasses to.

Yeah, stop trolling otherwise I am finally going to ban you. They were as well equipped as we and had very good characters. You can see one of our guys getting 200k lp on one of the pics, another got as I mentioned before 400k at full trad. That is way more lp than any of us had. Also only 5 of us had bows to fight back, so actually they even outnumbered us.

No threat huh? Pretty obvious this game has some people acting as forum mods who get butt hurt over in game actions. I hope sodom losses even more people over the next weeks, maybe these shitty forum mods will ragequit.
