Sometimes it's a DDOS by some people that are being raided. I'm not saying this is the case here, but sometimes it is.
They make bots active that create massive data processing, like dropping alot (alot!) of items.

If this isn't the case, I have no idea what causes these lags actualy.

There's no automated system, loftar does it manually each time to prevent data corruption and to review what caused it.
