How to get rid of this villagers?

I live in a village, and these guys let me pave ground and lay stone all freaking day long.
When I start making buckets (I love it), they start yelling that I am selfish and that I should pave more, and lay more stone.

I've been asking bears around the village for help, but I think they don't understand me, cause this usually aggro me, and then kill me.
I see no other way out for now ,but suicide. So I am asking you guys for help, please help me get rid of these people x(, or atleast help me to deal with them.

I can pay you in buckets, willing to offer a lot of them.
