Cough Your and Idiot Cough...

I have started in those forests all the time, I never needed to fish just by collecting and eating taproots Chants and blueberries, use the first few loaves to get your Explore to around 5 and then you should start seeing taproots, 7 for blueberries and 10 for chants, you'll never go hungry again...
