Basically these are stands that allows you to put parchments onto them, and they open a window similar to a bulletin board, for use in village or for leaving behind notes, without the use of runestones.

Breakable, and liftable, these are 1x2 wide and is shaped similar to a drying rack.

The stand supports up to 10 parchments on it, and once you drop a parchment, it overwrites the oldest one.

The window it opens when you use the stand, the newest post is at the top, the oldest under it, and you basically can scroll it.
