Fun fact, it's possible to kill without Rage or smashing someone's house or boat too.
You can use "To Arms" while in party with him on a deer (because it's faster than run speed) or a bear (they're rare, though, and can kill you) and when it knocks him out you use To Arms again and it kills him. Of course this only works very early in the world when nobody has 100 UA to kill the deer.
