World 3: only big cities have had mines and metal.

Metal price in brick was 24 brick/12 linen per piece.

World 4: almost every cave has metal, prospected metal & mines everywhere.

Those is how I price our efforts to prepare stuff. For basic mats price is mostly fraction of time and efforts to commit trade, not thing itself. Those is valid reason in my eyes.
