Question about the "reset" of quality - Will quality improve once more if you enter the area again and stand around the beehive...?

Or once its reduced below q100, is that a permanent, irreversible, event?

I might be mistaken, but according to popular concerns around the Wikia, standing around will only affect the honey and wax quality if its over 100 (ie. keeping the area loaded to maintain >Q100 wax and honey)
Second question comes to the permanency of going below Q100 - no, it is not true. You can definitely raise the quality of your honey when you accidentally drop below Q100.

Hmm...
1. If you do want q100+ product you need to tend your field with afking around every 20 mins
2. You need to move beehive before replanting, to get best Q possible.

Did I got that right? This is so fucked up it's not even funny. It's very bot welcoming and borked to no end.

Technicaly, if your field is protected from sniping, then all you need for point 1. is to keep an alt logged on 24/7, no botting or tending needed.
No 2 isn't that hard, but you could always make it quicker by puting a log cabin close by and store your hive there for planting.

People who full plant the carrots around their beehives have apparently been wasting their time entirely.

90 tiles of carrots should (according to xcom's guesses) be more than enough to get maximum wax yield. You'll produce 4 wax / generation, so it doesn't even need a bot watching it to pull wax.

I do have to agree this method is more of an "alt abuse" issue, but that's never mentioned on haven anymore. Just remembered it since the naive players of Salem were railing about it.

I suspect the beehive problems are related to the same bugs and problems tanning tubs, 24h house cooldown and HHP when leaving sents and other issues similar are facing. The issue with quality not getting stored on the server properly because of bad code. They are rewriting alot of the backbone of haven so we just have to hope they will fix the beehive bugs as well when they are done.

Ah, the good old scientific method.
Formulate hypothesis-->Gather existing documentation-->Start experiment-->Gather data from primary group-->Gather data from control group-->Elaborate data--> Prove the original hypothesys right or wrong.

Really, I'm impressed by the spading.

"Dang, are your wagons that slow?"

Another question
I gathered wax and honey fully, then replanted carrots and after it grew I took wax again and it's just ~13q, while carrots around is 20-25. So, replanting lowers Q of future products? I thought that Q drops of existing product. Now I am totally confused :(

You need more than 90 though, to maximize honey, and carrot fodder is cheapest way to bloat your foragers/hunters with perception.

I summed up what he said in a revision to my guide. The point of note here was this result:

Planting a crop will reduce the beehive's quality towards 1/2 the crop quality. To get max quality possible, plant all the crops and then build a new beehive. Obviously carrots are suggested for this. Also: If the area unloads the beehive's quality is reset to 100. To get above 100 wax, you'll likely need to bot it.

In retrospect, hiding the beehive inside a house during replants probably works, but since it picks up crop changes while being held you still need to make sure it doesn't cross other fields while doing so.

And yes, you're right about maximizing honey quantity, but I'm not convinced this is the best way to farm honey. If you really wanted honey, batches of 30crops/hive would produce more than 90crops on a single hive.
