how does ownership conflict if you have a claim inside a village claim? I know they can kill your claim but what if they don't, will they be able to move freely over the area their village covers in your claim? will you be able to move freely on your area and so fourth? will scents and such still be generated?

They can do any thing in their personal claim without scents. Personal claim is higher order than village claim.

You need 36 str with your bare hands, 25 strength with a stone axe, 16 str with a pickaxe, or 4 str with a sledgehammer equipped in your hands. Then <A>dventure Destro<Y> and click the hearthfire. It takes a loooong time if you're close to those values i.e.: the more strength you have, the faster it will go.

Also should note that if the hearthfire is not on your claim, you will need vandalism to destroy (and subsequently will leave scents if it wasn't destroyed on your claim).
