It's trespassing. If you drop the boat by accident and pick it up again, it's theft when you take it off the claim, but never vandalism.


And Teck, you can collect water and go fishing from boats in deep water in caves

Yes, you need a crossroad next to a river, and a crossroad in the cave you want. You put the animal on a raft next to the crossroad, open the crossroad and port to the crossroad in the cave.
