Someone told me (before attacking me) that if you leave combat with the boar, you don't need to wait the 15 minutes to quell it again. Is this true?

That would be correct since, unlike aurochsen and mouflons, boars are aggressive creatures and may aggro you again (even before your quell cooldown is over).

What do you generally do with mass [resource]? I have a boatload of tin and I have no idea what to do with it.

tin - trade some for copper to make bronze, make tin soldiers curio...

As long you don't meet mystery man you won't be able to figure who he is ( or maybe he PMs you )
