Sorry, original question was "how to find out structure quality", and the answer given was a custom client. It wasn't specifically a custom client question, but merely the solution offered.

As for the answer you gave, the red cross button shows structure health, not quality. I still can't find any way to "see" quality on structures without calculating it by hand, even with custom clients.

Ok, well I see that the union client has scripting options built into it. I'm a programmer myself, so I will look into writing a script that is capable of inspecting structures for their quality.
