Beware! Calves will drink your milk stored in barrels within a range. So put them away from calves.

Not really. Keep a high quality bull for breeding purposes and slaughter the rest for meat and intestines.

I have a question if i have hq chickens will they continue to loose quality if the fodder is below their quality or is it only the chicks that will take a quality hit?

Once they are fully grown they will not change in quality either way.

Question: I can't remember, it's been so long, but how do I find my characters stat info? Like how many kills, etc.
