A villager of mine didn't know about the lose one HHP per scent left thing, and due to an unfortunate affair where he was moving things from my plot to another friends plot and back, has only 1 HHP left. Apart from gauze (we're looking around for mouflon now) how can we get his health up enough to start leech treatment?

There is no other way. He is in too poor of health and needs special care. You'll need to find that gauze to get your friend back into shape.

Yeah, if you are a little ballsy find a small lake and set up there that's what I'm doing and outside of the first week I don't see many people.
