UHmm..
i was checking for ores in a cave but when i went to mine a tile, i've been hitted by a boulder.
What's weird is that i was on the cave floor, no mined tiles near me ofc, and no mistakes.

is this a new thing or there were a really low chanche also in the previous world? Mine the bourder of the cave should be safe, so far i know.

yes i know. i wasn't mining IN the wall. i was checking the wall, the first tile.

but do they changed also the "mine just the first tile"?
I can't build any support if i don't find at last a ore vein on the borderline. o.o'

Lame, there should be a really lame support without nuggets required.

lots of people dug metals already and most got their first ore without mine supports - it's just a matter of patience (and luck)

I've yet to have a cave-in when mining the first two tiles and i've done plenty, so I think you were just unlucky. :(

I have had cave-ins on the third though and any not covered by the support - with no exceptions.

k, just to know that i can die also if i don't use exploit and i mine only the first tile.

I'll make an alt then. I'm not gonna die for some brainless looping mechanism o.o'
