skull gives you 10%(?) of total LP the character had. you also get some back from inheritting(if you have 0 click the buy button it'll show up).

last I heard it was 1% of total LP

There are reports varying from 0.1% to 10%. It's hard to tell if anyone is actually wrong here -- perhaps there is randomness at play or some other unknown factors?

can someone please explain to me how i get high quality branches, besides planting trees myself cause i dont have that skill, but i got my carpentry and survival skill up a bit and am still only getting 10 quality branches

Without planting trees yourself or trade for branches you'd only get q10 branches max from trees that are around.

Well, or finding trees someone else has planted, if they've done it outside a claim, but good luck with that.
