I think you have to go to the claim and destroy it.
You can already click destroy on it which makes you go stand on it. But nothing will happen if the player has been on in the past 30 days.

I have no idea about the scents though, you have to leave trespassing to get to it at least.

A few noobish questions that I didn't found too many answers on the wiki or other threads:

Q1: What's with the % meter for the eggs?

Q2: Is there any distinctive way to see how a fertilized egg looks? If yes, then can anyone provide a picture?

Q3: The wiki states that 1 bee hive is effective for 1 tile of crop. But people state that Bee Hives should be placed far from each other where their radius doesn't overlap. However the wiki states that the more Bee Hives you have for each crop, the faster the crops will grow (implying that it's best to overlap bee hives and build them equal to each crop tile).
So the question is: Is it like a balance between Honey+Wax and farming speed? Placing more Bee Hives near each other (to cover the more or equal amount of crops tile) will polinate the crops faster while reducing the Honey+Wax gained overall?

(ex for this question that I need confirmation: 10 Bee Hives and 10 Crop tiles covered overall will be speeded by 100%
5 Bee Hives and 10 Crop tiles covered overall will be speeded up by 50%
1 Bee Hive and 10 Crop tiles covered overall will be speeded up by 10% )

Q4: What's the best way (and safest) to kill your first bear with a group of 4 people? Attack with Slings and use the Twitch Tehnique? If so, what's the minimum level of Marksman and the quality of the Sling that each person needs in order to kill the bear in 15-30mins? (I heard 20 MM and a Q10+ Sling works decent for the first time, but requires patience)

Egg-meter have countdown direction, from 100% to 0%. At 0% - chick hatch.

Don't remember is have eggs this indication, but if cock in coop, then new eggs will be fertile and can hatch a chick.

Crop tile covered by 1, 2 or more beehives have same grow speed. Uncovered tile have lower speed. So for crops no mater how many beehives: 1, 2 or more.
But for quality and quantity of wax and honey - better 1 crop tile - 1 beehive. Best for it - circular field with radius same as beehive cover radius.

Best way at start - kill bears from boats (or long shallow) by sling. To get optimal aim speed MM must be 2x Sling Q. So for q10 sling - 20 MM enough. But aim speed in this case will be too slow... but enough for bear hunting, especially for 4 people.

Dunno but if you have a Q44 branch you can make an axe that doesn't softcap boars, so it's very useful.
