Then renounce lawspeaker with the lawspeaker (right click the idol), then take lawspeaker with the 0lp one.

They are as follows: 10 UA, 1 melee, 50 MM, 60 Exp, 1 Stealth, 35 Sew, 1 Smith, 45 Carp, 40 Cook, 50 Farm, 60 Surv.
What are the next steps for this char? I have a miner alt who will be smithing and I'm working on a UACer too. Thanks!

80*80 isn't the best set up. perception also raises minimum damage you do with ranged weapons, so lower exploration is ok and you really never want to stop with perception.
@Jonglobe, like Magic says it depends on what you want to do with the character. from your mm I'm going to guess you're a hunter, so more mm is always good. with higher survival you'll be able to get higher quality goods from the animals you kill(currently you'll softcap everything except foxes and boars). as you get higher survival you'll also get higher quality bones and be able to make a better saw, so you'll want more carpentry soon also...
what you really need to do is look at what you're planning to do with the character, and how its developed so far. find out what you're lacking/softcapping and find ways to improve those areas.
