Invite them to party then click "oath of allegiance" and click on their party icon.
Note that you have to be in the same realm. Same realms: top layer, minehole 1, minehole 2, minehole 3, minehole 4 and minehole 5. Every house is it's own layer, and you can definitely oath people from cellar to non-cellar, too.

Ex: I see people taking pics of there char sheet that shows how long they played, there overall LP, skills, beliefs, and stats
