Do all animals have the same Charisma stat? If so (or not), how much Charisma would you need to give 2 IP to the party with "To Arms!" against, say, a bear?

I am not sure, but I get 1 point of balance against each animal using stern order (except foxes and mulflon)
I've never tested on foxes and mulflon are bugged.

I think depends if your armor gives or takes agi. If gives, then keep it on

If you use Ender's, (if the graphics mod is just 1 res file) make a custom-res folder in your Ender's folder, put your file there and off you go, I think.
