Unsure, but I'd guess it's something close to berry*2+water+cauldron/4

The lure influences fishing speed, the rest all act together as a softcap on fish quality. A good deer hook and some non-shit string are enough for any node you'd probably want to fish honestly.

Depends on how large that large cave is. If streching far enough, it is entirely possible it overlaps few different nodes.
